Elkton Man Arrested for Seafood Thefts; Atlantic City Man for Animal Cruelty Involving Dogs Over Fence

An Elkton man has been arrested in connection with a series of seafood-related thefts, including the theft of crabs and equipment from multiple businesses. The owner of a crab shack that was previously burnt down is among those implicated in these thefts. In a separate but related incident, Atlantic City police have arrested a man for multiple animal cruelty cases that occurred between April and July. This includes an incident where he allegedly tossed dogs over the fence of a local Humane Society. The investigation into both the thefts and the animal cruelty incidents has drawn significant attention from law enforcement and the community.
