Following her indictment by a federal grand jury, the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline has suspended Fiore from her judicial duties. Despite the suspension, Fiore will retain her $90,000-a-year salary but is barred from hearing cases. Fiore, who previously ran for state treasurer, is facing five federal wire fraud charges related to an alleged charity fraud scheme.
