Another individual, Francis Bruno Ragusa, an insurance agent from North Attleboro, MA, has been charged in an alleged identity theft and insurance fraud scheme. A woman was sentenced for using nearly $500k in COVID business aid for luxury purchases. Additionally, a Georgia woman was sentenced in Rhode Island for her involvement in multi-million dollar romance fraud schemes.
