AlchemyPlatform has launched Modular Account, a new enterprise-grade smart account implementation that complies with ERC-4337 and ERC-6900 standards, open-sourced to the public. Deployed across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and Base, it aims to facilitate the transition from Externally Owned Accounts (EOAs) to smart accounts, offering best-in-class fees and improved security. Several organizations, including Quantstamp, TurnkeyHQ, Privy, SpearbitDAO, and Web3Auth, have collaborated with AlchemyPlatform on security audits, implementation, and additional functionalities like multi-owner and session key plugins. Optimism highlighted Modular Account's integration on its Superchain, emphasizing its status as the lowest cost option for developers.
