The top five hacks included DMMBitcoin with $305 million and GALAGames with $212 million. Velocore was exploited on Linea and zkSync, resulting in a $7 million loss. The exploit involved manipulating the feeMultiplier parameter of the LP contract. Velocore has identified the exploit mechanism and is setting up an on-chain negotiation process, with a post-mortem article in the works. Velocore on the Telos mainnet was not affected. Additionally, Pump(.)Fun is earning $750,000 daily post-hack, having made $30 million so far. Consensys’ zkEVM network Linea paused block production for around an hour to prevent additional funds from being bridged out after the Velocore exploit. A phishing attack on BNBChain resulted in the loss of $116,000 worth of UBXSToken. Velocore has offered a bounty to the hacker.
