Web3 digital credentials network Galxe has announced the launch of its own layer-1 blockchain called Gravity. The announcement was made at Consensus 2024. Gravity is designed for mass adoption and aims to support Galxe's 20 million user ecosystem. The new blockchain will leverage Arbitrum Orbit and Arbitrum Nitro technology to provide a seamless questing experience for users. Partners such as Aspecta, Conduit, and Rubic have expressed their support for Gravity, which aims to transform the Web3 ecosystem by decentralizing control and empowering users. The launch is scheduled for June 2024. Harry Zhang, Co-Founder of Galxe, stated that Gravity represents a major advancement in their mission to decentralize the Web3 ecosystem.
