
Financial institutions in Hong Kong are planning to launch Bitcoin spot ETFs, with Ethereum spot ETFs also under discussion. Institutions representing trillions of dollars in assets, including Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo, are gearing up to invest in the spot Bitcoin ETF by June end. Harvest Finance and nine other financial institutions are in the process of applying to launch spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs in Hong Kong. Patient Capital Management has filed with the SEC to invest up to 15% of its $1.7 trillion Opportunity Trust Fund in Bitcoin ETFs.
