AI-driven Web3 platform Kaito has added another incentive programme to its ecosystem, unveiling a “Yapper Leaderboard” in partnership with the newly launched DeFi chain Katana. The scheme, which went live on 10 June, awards 10 million KAT tokens and $20,000 in USDC each month to the 25 most active content creators on social-media platform X. Kaito’s next season will feature Mira Network, a project focused on decentralised AI verification. Mira is allocating 0.5% of its forthcoming MIRA token supply—worth about $2.5 million at an indicative fully diluted valuation of $500 million—to reward the top 200 creators across two seasons. The push for user-generated content extends to other partners. Infrastructure start-up BasisOS has earmarked up to 10 million BIOS tokens, valued at roughly $750,000, for a “mindshare mining” campaign that runs through 29 July. DeFi Dot App has also opened claims for its $HOME airdrop, with some early participants receiving around 92,000 HOME tokens valued at about $2,750. Separately, trading venue Infinex is distributing $500,000 worth of µPatrons this week to users who staked the KAITO token. Early claimants have reported individual allocations of more than 24,000 µPatrons—about $125 at current valuations—underscoring the rapid pace of token drops tied to Kaito’s network. The string of campaigns highlights the growing use of token-based rewards to draw influencers and retail users into DeFi and AI-linked platforms. By pooling millions of dollars’ worth of incentives, Kaito and its partners aim to scale liquidity and community engagement amid intensifying competition in the sector.
