Cyient has approved the sale of a 14.5% stake in its subsidiary, Cyient DLM, through a block deal. The transaction involves 1.2 crore shares and is valued at ₹883.2 crore, with a floor price set at ₹748.65 per share, representing a 5% discount to the previous closing price. The sale is expected to be completed by August 21, and there will be a 90-day lock-in period for the seller. As a result of the sale, promoter holding in Cyient DLM will decline. Shares changed hands at ₹766 per share.
