A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday approved a request for a one-year probation sentence for Hector Armando Kellum, a former senior executive of Novartis unit Sandoz, in a generic drug price-fixing case. Kellum had pleaded guilty to participating in the scheme and received the probation sentence after a cooperation deal with prosecutors in a US court.
