Luxury brand Hermès is facing a lawsuit for allegedly requiring customers to buy other items before being allowed to purchase Birkin handbags. The lawsuit, filed by retail plaintiffs and Californian shoppers, accuses Hermès of violating antitrust laws and unfair trade practices by restricting Birkin bag sales to customers with a purchase history.
