Miami International Holdings has launched its fourth U.S. options exchange, MIAX Sapphire. The new exchange aims to enhance liquidity and promote improved price discovery with a state-of-the-art trading floor expected to open in 2025. MIAX Sapphire has been welcomed by the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) and is already operational with its first ticker symbol. Additional securities are expected to be added in the coming weeks.
