Oil Stocks Rise as Crude Prices Gain 3%, Gasoline and Diesel Futures Up Over 5%

Oil stocks have risen as crude prices gained approximately 3%. Additionally, US gasoline futures and ultra-low sulfur diesel futures have both increased by more than 5%.
