Rubrik Inc. reported its second-quarter fiscal year 2025 financial results, showing significant growth in revenue and subscription Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The company's total revenue rose 35% year-over-year to $205 million, while subscription ARR increased by 40% to $919 million. Despite these positive earnings, Rubrik's shares fell more than 6% in late trading, partly due to the impending expiration of a lockup period tied to its initial public offering. The company reported a GAAP net loss per share of $0.98 and a non-GAAP EPS of negative $0.40. Rubrik's gross margin stood at 73.1%. CEO Bipul Sinha noted that demand continues to be very strong, and the company is seeing renewed interest and investments in cybersecurity.
