Hill, also known as TDev, was released after the US government agreed to a $2 million bail package supported by assets exceeding $3 million. He faces federal charges of money laundering and operating an unlicensed money transmitting business. Hill's first court appearance is scheduled for July 9th or 10th in New York City, following his uncontested extradition from Portugal. A letter filed on July 3rd reveals the details of his release, and he will appear before the Southern District of New York (SDNY).
