VerSe Innovation, the parent company of DailyHunt and short-video platform Josh, has acquired a majority stake in Valueleaf Group, a digital marketing solutions firm. The acquisition, reportedly valued between $150 million and $200 million, is part of VerSe's strategy to enhance its ad exchange capabilities. The deal was completed in a cash and equity transaction. This marks VerSe's second major acquisition this year, following its purchase of the news subscription platform Magzter.
