Nordic Capital has successfully closed its second Evolution fund, raising €2 billion, which is 65% larger than its predecessor. This fund, aimed at mid-market private equity, reflects strong investor demand. The capital raised is equivalent to approximately 23 billion Swedish kronor. In a separate development, Voima Ventures has also announced the closure of its Fund III, which exceeds €100 million, targeting deeptech startups in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
