A recent WalletHub report has identified Detroit as the most stressed city in the United States, a status linked to its highest unemployment and poverty rates nationwide. Several Florida cities, including Miami, Jacksonville, and Hialeah, were ranked in the top half for stress levels. Conversely, two cities in New Mexico were recognized among the least-stressed in the country. In Maryland, certain towns were noted for being among both the most and least stressed. Additionally, Vermont was ranked as the healthiest state in America according to a separate study.
