Atos, the French digital giant, has denied being the victim of a cyberattack by the ransomware group Space Bears, which had threatened to release sensitive company data by January 8, 2025. The company stated that it has not been compromised by this group, which has been associated with ransomware activities. In a separate incident, the Cicada3301 ransomware group claimed to have breached ISOR, allegedly exfiltrating 1.6 terabytes of data, with a ransom deadline set for February 2, 2025.
