A walk-off albatross to break a course record, what a day. 🤯
How about a walk-off albatross on 18 to set a course record 10-under 60! https://t.co/WlY0MLolNO
Caden Fioroni produced a rare walk-off albatross on the par-5 18th hole to complete a 10-under-par 60 and set a new course record during a PGA Tour Americas event on Thursday. The 22-year-old American’s closing double-eagle capped a round that included eight birdies and moved him to the top of the tournament leaderboard. On the U.S. PGA Tour, Chan Kim carded a 9-under 61 to establish a course record and seize the first-round lead at the ISCO Championship at Hurstbourne Country Club in Louisville, Kentucky. The 35-year-old South Korean-born player hit all 18 greens in regulation, highlighted by an eagle from 123 yards on the fourth hole along with seven birdies and ten pars. Fioroni’s 60 is the lowest score recorded on the PGA Tour Americas this season, while Kim’s 61 ties for the second-lowest round on the main tour in 2025. Both performances set the pace for their respective events and underscore the unusually low scoring conditions seen across professional golf this week.
