Stand Up To Cancer’s ninth biennial fundraising telecast will be broadcast live from Nashville on 15 Aug 2025 at 8 p.m. Eastern / 7 p.m. Central. The commercial-free, one-hour special will air simultaneously on ABC and more than 30 other TV and streaming platforms, including YouTube, Twitch and Facebook. Singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow will host the program, which features performances by the Jonas Brothers, Jelly Roll, Jon Pardi, Brothers Osborne, Noah Cyrus, Marcus King, Dan + Shay, Gavin DeGraw and gospel artist CeCe Winans with the Nashville Community Gospel Choir. Appearances are also slated from actors Zoe Saldaña, Reese Witherspoon and Kevin Bacon, along with musicians Keith Urban and Tim McGraw. SU2C co-founder Katie Couric will deliver remarks. The event seeks to raise donations for SU2C-funded research teams working on early detection and new therapies. Since its founding in 2008, Stand Up To Cancer says it has committed more than US$800 million to translational cancer research.
