Adani Enterprises Profit Drops 49.5% With 10% Revenue Rise; Adani Power Profit Falls 15.5%, Dilip Buildcon Profit Up 61%

Adani Enterprises reported a net income of 7.34 billion rupees for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q1 FY26), marking a 49.5% decline year-over-year. The company's consolidated profit attributable to owners fell to ₹734.41 crore, despite a 10% increase in revenue. Adani Power posted a consolidated net profit of ₹3,305.13 crore for Q1 FY26, down 15.5% from ₹3,912.79 crore in the same period last year. Its revenue decreased by 5.7% to ₹14,109 crore, and EBITDA fell 8.2% to ₹5,685.2 crore, with margins narrowing to 40.3% from 41.4%. The board approved a stock split. Dilip Buildcon Ltd reported a 14.7% year-over-year decline in revenue to ₹2,010 crore and a 22.5% decrease in EBITDA to ₹203 crore for Q1 FY26, but profit after tax increased by 61% to ₹123 crore. HEG Ltd posted a profit of ₹71.80 crore in Q1 FY25-26, recovering from a loss of ₹61.68 crore in the previous year’s quarter. Global crude steel production fell 1.9% year-over-year in the first half of 2025, while India’s production rose 9.2%. ITC Ltd's revenue surged 20.6% year-over-year to ₹19,749 crore in Q1 FY26, with EBITDA rising 2.9% to ₹6,261 crore; however, margins declined to 31.7% from 37% a year earlier, impacted by elevated costs. Tata Power Company Ltd reported a 6.2% increase in net profit to ₹1,262.3 crore and a 4.6% rise in revenue to ₹18,035 crore for Q1 FY26, indicating steady operational performance.
