The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has launched a series of raids across Chhattisgarh, targeting approximately 15 locations, including 12 specific places, in connection with alleged irregularities in the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CPSC) recruitment process. The investigation focuses on allegations of nepotism, with claims that the merit list included relatives of senior officials and politicians. Among those under scrutiny is Congress leader Rajendra Shukla, whose residences in Yadunandan Nagar and Tifra were searched. The raids, which also took place in Durg, are part of an FIR related to the CPSC case, which also mentions Shukla's son. Former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel criticized the raids, suggesting they were politically motivated.
