Dezerv, a wealth management platform, has raised $32 million (Rs 265 crore) in a funding round led by Premji Invest, valuing the company at approximately $200 million. All three founders divested roughly a little over 2% stakes. Whiteboard Capital made a 23X return on its investment in Dezerv, having invested Rs 1.5 crore in 2021 and selling off a 3% stake for an estimated Rs 34 crore. The investment was earlier reported by TechCrunch and confirmed in a regulatory filing.
