FlyDubai Explores Acquisition of Go First Amid Busy Bee Interest; Nishant Pitti Denies Talks

FlyDubai, a Dubai-based low-cost carrier, is exploring the possibility of entering the Indian domestic airline market through an acquisition of Go First. The airline is reportedly in discussions with Busy Bee, which has approached Go First's Committee of Creditors to secure trademarks, a flying license, and airport slots. Despite this interest, Go First's CEO, Nishant Pitti, has denied any ongoing talks with FlyDubai and stated that the airline has no current plans for ventures with other airlines. FlyDubai has acknowledged the importance of the Indian market but has clarified that it is not pursuing any collaborations at this time.
