









LTIMindtree reported mixed results for the quarter, with revenue reaching ₹1,138.7 million, reflecting a 1.8% increase quarter-over-quarter and a 5.6% rise year-over-year in constant currency. However, the EBIT margin fell approximately 170 basis points to 13.8%, primarily due to wage hikes that accounted for around 200 basis points. The BFSI and Manufacturing segments showed growth, while the Hi-tech sector faced challenges from client pass-throughs. Meanwhile, Tech Mahindra announced a consolidated profit of ₹983.2 crore for the quarter ending December 2024, marking a year-over-year increase of 92.63%, although it experienced a quarter-over-quarter decline of 21%. In the insurance sector, Jefferies maintained a 'Buy' rating on ICICI Lombard with a target price of ₹2,500, citing a stable operating quarter and strong underwriting in the motor segment. IHCL also received a 'Buy' rating from Jefferies with a target price of ₹1,000, driven by buoyant demand from transient travel and large-scale events. Additionally, SBI Life was rated 'Buy' by both Citi and Nomura, with target prices raised to ₹2,100 and ₹1,800 respectively, due to strong momentum in agency and ULIP business. Indian Hotels shares fell by 4.23% to ₹779.35 amid profit booking, despite a 29% year-over-year profit surge for Q3 FY25, as analysts expressed concerns over stretched valuations but maintained medium-term growth optimism.
