Meesho has selected Morgan Stanley, Kotak Mahindra, and Citi as underwriters for its upcoming $1 billion initial public offering (IPO), which is expected to value the company at $10 billion. The company is in the advanced stages of relocating its headquarters from Delaware, USA, to India, a move that is anticipated to incur approximately $300 million in taxes due to a reverse merger. Meesho plans to file its draft IPO papers in the coming weeks and aims for a listing by Diwali. Additionally, shares worth $350 million from eight companies have recently become available for trade following the expiry of the IPO lock-in period.
