
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has announced its Q1 FY 2024-25 results, with significant contributions from its telecom, retail, and oil & gas sectors. Reliance Retail's gross revenue for the June 2024 quarter grew 8.1% year-on-year to ₹75,615 crore. Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance, highlighted the role of the company's businesses in contributing to India's growth. The telecom segment, particularly Jio, showed stable average revenue per user (ARPU), although the oil-to-chemicals (O2C) segment may face some weaknesses. The results were part of the quarterly earnings announced by 51 companies on 19 July.
