Telangana Engages MNCs for Tech Expansion, Secures $2 Billion AWS and AI Innovation Partnerships

The Telangana government is actively engaging with multinational corporations to bolster its technological infrastructure. Talks are underway with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to invest an additional $2 billion to expand its data center capabilities in the state, according to Telangana industries & IT minister. Additionally, Meta has announced a two-year partnership with the Telangana government to empower public officials and citizens with the latest emerging technologies. This partnership focuses on leveraging AI technology for e-governance and citizen services. Furthermore, Nazara has partnered with the Telangana government to drive AI innovation in gaming and digital entertainment.
