Chainlink said it has obtained ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type 1 attestation, becoming the first blockchain oracle platform to meet both information-security standards. The certifications cover several core services, including Chainlink Price Feeds, Smart Data tools such as Proof of Reserve and NAVLink, and the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP). ISO 27001 confirms the company operates a comprehensive information-security management system, while SOC 2 verifies the design of its security, availability and confidentiality controls. Chainlink, whose oracle networks secure more than US$90 billion in decentralised-finance value, said the dual accreditation is intended to reassure financial institutions that its infrastructure meets enterprise-grade requirements as tokenised real-world assets and cross-chain transactions move on-chain.
