
Multiple cyberattacks have been reported across various sectors, with several hacking groups claiming responsibility for data breaches. In the UAE, the Kill Security group has allegedly breached DarDoc, a health-tech startup, compromising personally identifiable information including names, birthdates, ID numbers, passport details, and residency information. In the United States, the Everest ransomware group claims to have breached STIIIZY, a cannabis supplier, exfiltrating 422,075 personal records. A ransom deadline has been set for December 8, 2024. Additionally, the Kill Security group has reportedly breached the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with sensitive agreements and financial data at risk. The Lynx ransomware group has claimed breaches at SCM Group in Italy, exfiltrating 700 GB of data including HR records and confidential documents. In Ecuador, the RansomHub group has breached Reliv, exfiltrating 30 GB of sensitive patient data, with a ransom deadline of December 6, 2024. Lastly, the Lynx group has also targeted GMG in the UAE, compromising personal information and documents.
