A threat actor has posted at least 25 CSV datasets on the BreachForums hacking site, containing records likely stolen from Progress Software's MOVEit transfer vulnerability case last year. This breach has reportedly exposed the personal and business contact information of approximately 122 million individuals, primarily linked to DemandScience, a data aggregator. Initial denials from the company have since been contradicted by the release of the datasets. Additionally, a separate incident has impacted nearly 57 million customers of Hot Topic, further highlighting the ongoing risks in cybersecurity.
