Google has released multiple security updates for its Chrome browser to address several high-severity vulnerabilities, including three zero-day exploits discovered within a week. On May 15, Google posted nine Chrome patches, one of which is a zero-day vulnerability identified as CVE-2024-5274, currently under active exploitation. This marks the eighth actively exploited zero-day flaw in Chrome this year and the fourth in May. Users of Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, and Vivaldi are also advised to update their browsers promptly to mitigate potential risks.
