
aiXplain, an AI startup, has secured $6.5 million in a pre-series A funding round led by Wa'ed Ventures, a $500 million Saudi Arabian venture capital firm. The company plans to expand rapidly in Saudi Arabia from its Riyadh-based MENA headquarters. aiXplain, known for its platform with over 40,000 AI models across more than 55 functions, aims to simplify AI agent development and make AI accessible to businesses worldwide. CEO Hassan Sawaf discussed the funding and the company's innovative projects in the U.S. and the Gulf, as well as its partnership with Aramco, during an interview on Al Arabiya. aiXplain's platform is the most language-rich and features the revolutionary Bel Esprit 'Super Agent'.
