
Global-e Online Tops Q2 Estimates and Lifts 2025 Revenue Outlook
Global-e Online Ltd. beat Wall Street forecasts for the second quarter of fiscal 2025, as cross-border e-commerce demand lifted revenue 28% year on year to $214.9 million, topping the $207.9 million consensus. The Israel-based company reported diluted earnings of $0.06 a share, double analystsโ $0.03 estimate, while gross merchandise value climbed 34% to $1.454 billion. Looking ahead, Global-e expects third-quarter revenue of $214 million to $221 million, bracketing analystsโ $217.4 million projection. Management also raised full-year revenue guidance to a range of $921.5 million to $971.5 million, compared with a prior outlook of $917 million to $967 million and market expectations of about $935.8 million.
