Survivors of the October 7 massacre have filed a lawsuit against the cryptocurrency company Binance, accusing it of providing support to the terror organizations Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad by facilitating their funding and financial transactions. The lawsuit claims that Binance and its affiliated companies have knowingly and intentionally provided material support to Hamas for years. Representatives for the victims, including @The_ILF and @MarkGoldfeder, argue that Binance's actions in providing a platform for these groups to fundraise, while ignoring its legal obligations for profit, effectively helped underwrite the atrocities committed on October 7, including the massacre, rape, and other atrocities.
