Big Hit Music said the K-pop group BTS will issue its first live album, “Permission to Dance on Stage — Live,” on 18 July at 1 p.m. KST (midnight Eastern time). The 22-track collection captures performances of hits such as “Dynamite,” “Butter” and “ON” recorded during the band’s 2021-22 “Permission to Dance on Stage” stadium tour. The tour spanned 12 shows across Seoul, Los Angeles and Las Vegas and drew a combined in-person and online audience estimated at about four million. Alongside the audio release, a digital package titled “Permission to Dance on Stage — Seoul” will offer a 141-minute concert film from Seoul’s Olympic Stadium and a 92-page interview photobook, accessible through Weverse with a digital code. The project is the septet’s first group release since all members completed South Korea’s mandatory military service last month, and it precedes a full-group comeback tentatively planned for 2026, according to earlier statements by the company.
