Additionally, a former associate of Kline & Specter has filed a claim against the firm, marking another legal challenge for the firm this week. In another case, a Maryland attorney is contesting King & Spalding's motion to dismiss her federal discrimination lawsuit, which focuses on a program for first-year law students at the firm.
