Christopher Kamon, the former chief financial officer of disbarred California attorney Tom Girardi's law firm, Girardi Keese, is set to plead guilty to two counts of wire fraud stemming from the alleged theft of millions of dollars in client funds. According to court records, Kamon will enter his plea on October 11 and faces a maximum prison sentence of 40 years. Under the plea agreement, he will have to forfeit $3.1 million. The charges allege that Kamon's actions caused losses of at least $3.5 million.
