Federal agents from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI have raided the Washington-area offices of Carahsoft Technology Corp., a prominent distributor of information technology products. The raid is part of an investigation into a company that Carahsoft has previously done business with, according to a Carahsoft spokeswoman. Reports suggest that the investigation may be linked to ongoing probes into $NVDA and $SMCI fraud allegations. Additionally, the DOJ is investigating German tech giant SAP for potential price-fixing since 2014. SAP, which saw a pre-market dip of 2.2%, has stated that they are cooperating with the DOJ and are not aware of any criminal investigations into the company at present. Despite the investigation, SAP's stock dipped only 3% as the market may have priced in the ongoing probe.
