Qualcomm has initiated a global antitrust campaign against Arm Holdings, its long-time partner, as both companies compete for dominance in the semiconductor market. Qualcomm has filed complaints with antitrust regulators in the European Union, the United States, and South Korea, alleging that Arm is engaging in anti-competitive behavior by restricting access to its technology. This move follows a recent Delaware jury trial in which Qualcomm won on two out of three counts, with the jury remaining undecided on the third count. The legal actions underscore the intensifying rivalry between the two firms, which have collaborated for over two decades.
