This acquisition will add 18 lawyers to Taft's existing workforce, expanding its presence to 22 offices across the United States. The firm has reported that its merger-fueled growth strategy has yielded revenue and profit increases that surpass industry averages in 2024. In related news, White & Case has strengthened its litigation capabilities by adding three partners from Weil, including a new global litigation co-chair.
