The Aria Protocol, in collaboration with StakeStone, has launched a new initiative aimed at tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs) with a focus on intellectual property (IP). The initiative, known as the Aria Premiere Launch, will allow users to deposit up to $7 million, primarily in USDC or USDT, to acquire tokens that represent partial publishing and performance rights for songs, including Justin Bieber's hit single 'Peaches.' This launch is part of a broader strategy to create liquidity and fractional ownership in high-value IP assets. Participants in the program will also receive rewards in the form of tokens from Story, StakeStone, and Aria, as the initiative seeks to tap into the growing market for monetizing creative works through blockchain technology. The funds raised will be directed towards acquiring more than 50 rights for various songs, enhancing the potential for yield through web2 royalty payments.
