Binance Wallet announced it will host its 14th Token Generation Event (TGE) for B² Network (B2), a Bitcoin Layer 2 scaling project, on April 30, 2025, from 8:00 to 10:00 UTC. Participation in the subscription requires Alpha Points, with the threshold to be announced shortly before the event. An additional 8.4 million B2 tokens will be offered during this event. Concurrently, B² Network (B2) will be listed on KuCoin with the B2/USDT trading pair, with deposits open on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC-BEP20) network and trading commencing at 12:00 UTC on April 30. KuCoin is also celebrating the listing with a 40,000 B2 prize pool distributed through four promotional activities. B² Network aims to enhance Bitcoin scalability by leveraging Layer 2 solutions while maintaining Layer 1 security. Binance Alpha 2.0, Binance's trading platform, recorded a trading volume of $206 million with 840,000 trades on April 30, highlighting strong market activity. Additionally, Binance has introduced new incentives for Alpha Points, including double volume credits for purchasing BNB chain Alpha tokens and for using limit orders when buying Alpha tokens, though these incentives are not cumulative.
