Circle, a leading stablecoin issuer, has announced that its USDC stablecoin, along with CCTP V2 and Circle Wallets, will be available on the Monad mainnet from its launch day. This integration aims to provide deep liquidity and trusted settlement for high-performance decentralized finance (DeFi), gaming, and payment applications on the Monad platform, supported by native USDC and full-stack infrastructure from day one. In a separate development, Solayer, a firm building on the Solana blockchain, has launched the Emerald Debit Card, a Visa debit card that allows users to spend their cryptocurrency globally without converting it to fiat currency. The card is available in over 100 countries and integrates with SolanaID, enabling users to build their on-chain reputation and access a rewards program and staking opportunities. The card's launch includes a community sale for 40,000 users, and participants can earn up to 5,000,000 Cycle Points by completing tasks.
