
World Liberty Financial, a cryptocurrency project linked to Donald Trump, has made a series of significant acquisitions of Ethereum (ETH) in recent days. On December 20, the project purchased 759.36 ETH for $2.5 million USDC via Cow Protocol, raising its total holdings to approximately 16,400 ETH, valued at around $53.73 million. This follows an earlier purchase of 722.213 ETH for $2.5 million USDC on the same day, bringing the total ETH holdings to about 15,595 ETH, worth approximately $53.61 million. The project has faced losses amid market downturns, with total losses reported at $6.15 million, of which $4.86 million is attributed to ETH. Despite these challenges, World Liberty continues to accumulate ETH, indicating a strategic approach to market volatility.
