The OnChainMonkey (OCM) community will launch its Katoshi mint on April 8 at 9 a.m. PT via the MEonBTC platform. The mint includes a limited supply of 2,100 NFTs priced at 0.0042 BTC each, featuring the rare Katoshi Prime: Dragon fur and one Celestial NFT, the rarest OCM asset known for its unique 1/1 designs. A Celestial reveal held on April 3 at 10 a.m. PT introduced the latest addition to the collection, described as 'true royalty crowned in tentacles.' Celestials are rare assets held by notable figures such as Mark Yusko and Charlie Lee. Separately, the Maya Spirits Art Retreat in Mexico, organized by AOTM and the Maya Spirits Foundation, united six artists to address local challenges such as poverty, gender inequality, and deforestation. Proceeds from the benefit sale of artworks will fund a local family’s business and education, preserve over 100 hectares of rainforest, and support a $50,000 fundraising goal. The collection will be exhibited at SFER IK Tulum and NFC Lisbon, with a mini-documentary showcasing the retreat's impact.
