Tropical Storm Juliette has formed in the Pacific Ocean, several hundred miles off the coast of Mexico's Baja California peninsula, marking the tenth named cyclone of the season in the region. The Mexican National Meteorological Service (SMN) reported the development of Juliette, which is part of a forecast anticipating up to 20 named cyclones in the Pacific this season. Among these, four to six storms are expected to reach categories 3, 4, or 5. Concurrently, Tropical Storm Fernand continues to churn over open waters in the Atlantic Ocean. Satellite imagery has captured convection activity within Tropical Storm Juliette as it develops in the eastern Pacific.
