Israeli Military Data Shows 83% of Gaza Deaths Are Civilians Amid 62,000 Killed, Starvation Crisis, and Trump’s Post-War Plan

Classified data from the Israeli military, reported by The Guardian, reveals that approximately 83% of those killed in Gaza are civilians, contradicting Israeli claims that many casualties are militants or "human shields." The data, from May 2025, indicates that out of the total fatalities, a large majority are women, children, and other non-combatants. This civilian death toll in Gaza surpasses that of many modern conflicts. Since the escalation of hostilities, over 62,000 Palestinians have been killed, with recent Israeli operations intensifying around Gaza City. On one day alone, 51 Palestinians were killed in these offensives, and over 315 have died from starvation amid the blockade, including more than 120 children. Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump has convened meetings to discuss post-war plans for the Palestinian territory. Despite increasing international pressure, Israeli military actions continue, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
