Grisham’s Two Homers Put Yankees Up 5–0 on Red Sox

Outfielder Trent Grisham homered twice to power the New York Yankees to an early 5–0 advantage over the Boston Red Sox on Sunday night. Grisham opened the scoring with a solo shot, then added a second blast in the middle innings to give him two home runs on the night. Jazz Chisholm Jr. also contributed with a solo homer as the Yankees chased Boston’s pitching staff before the game reached its later innings. The matchup at Yankee Stadium is being televised nationally on ESPN and remains in progress.
